In her role, Casey will support the local leadership by maximizing efficiencies, exceeding financial goals, and mentoring employees to support continued growth. She will lead the support services in Upstate New York, including quality, safety, purchasing, estimating, scheduling, and training. Casey will also focus on process improvement, leveraging technology, and enhancing the services for Gilbane clients across Upstate New York. Clients include the Olympic Regional Development Authority, Rochester City School District, State University Construction Fund, Siena College, Buffalo Urban Development Corporation/City of Buffalo, and Port of Albany.

Casey joined Gilbane as an intern in 2011 and was a Project Engineer, Project Manager, Quality Manager, and Project Executive. Most recently, Casey served as Operations Excellence Manager, ensuring the execution of enterprise baseline operations throughout Upstate New York.
Over the years, she has delivered projects in various markets throughout the state, including Homewood Suites in Saratoga Springs, The Wynn Hospital in Utica, and State University Construction Fund Building 27 SUNY Albany. She is currently the Project Executive on the Siena College Science Complex Expansion.

Casey graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering. She is active in the community and champions the ACE Mentor Program of Upstate New York.
