Page Acquires Texas Structural Firm, DB Structures

AUSTIN, TX — Page Southerland Page, a national multidisciplinary architecture and engineering firm, has acquired DB Structures, a structural engineering group based in Austin, Texas. This strategic addition bolsters Page's structural engineering services and reinforces its comprehensive architectural, engineering, and consulting services for national and international clients.

Page has worked with DB Structures for nearly 20 years, bringing the company in to collaborate on numerous projects, frequently within the semiconductor, health care, and office building sectors. The acquisition formally combines the expertise and resources of both firms, enabling Page to provide an expanded range of in-house services and solutions to its clientele. DB Structures was established in Austin in 1997 and operated previously under the name of Paul Koehler Brown Consulting Structural Engineers.

"This acquisition is integrally aligned with our long-term strategy of expanding our service capabilities to meet the evolving needs of our clients," said Thomas McCarthy, CEO of Page. "We are excited about the breadth of opportunities this addition brings to our firm in expanding our technical expertise and furthering our mission to deliver outstanding, high-impact design solutions."

Page is a multidisciplinary design, architecture, and engineering firm with more than 1,400 employees across multiple offices in every region of the U.S. and abroad.
