DALLAS, TX — Peckar & Abramson, P.C. (P&A) announces the promotion of five attorneys in Texas. Tracey Williams was named Senior Counsel and Justin Holzheauser, Jackson Mabry and Courtney Sheaffer were named Senior Associates.

Williams, based in the Dallas office, represents contractors, developers, owners and subcontractors during all phases of the construction process and thereafter. She assists clients in managing project risk and counsels clients in contract disputes, mechanic’s and materialman’s liens, bond claims and construction defect. Williams earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and her Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Texas at Arlington.

Holzheauser, based in the Austin office, represents contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers and suppliers on a range of construction matters, including dispute resolution, where he advocates for clients and resolves disputes. He earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas Law School and his Bachelor of Science in construction science from Texas A&M University.

Mabry, based in the Dallas office, focuses his practice on commercial and civil litigation. He represents clients across a wide range of industries in both federal and state courts on complex issues related to claims and contracts. Mabry earned his Juris Doctor from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Bachelor of Arts from Washington & Lee University.

Sheaffer, based in the Houston office, focuses her practice on labor and employment disputes and construction and commercial litigation. She represents employers in cases involving harassment, discrimination, wage and hour class actions, breaches of non-solicitation and non-compete agreements. Sheaffer earned her Juris Doctor from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center and Louisiana State University and her Bachelor of Science from Louisiana Tech University. She was formerly an Associate.
