Kochalka's career includes leadership roles in top engineering firms and development companies. Prior to joining Quiddity, Kochalka served as President of Medica Development, LLC, where he led the development of hospital facilities from concept through construction. Before Medica Development, Kochalka spent over 22 years at Kimley-Horn & Associates, where he served as Vice President in the Frisco, Texas, office.
Kochalka has an extensive background in delivering public infrastructure and land development projects in the North Texas region, and he has served in the region for his entire career. In his role as General Manager of Quiddity's North Texas region, Kochalka will help to drive project delivery, customer service, and the mentorship and development of Quiddity's growing team.
