The City of College Station is issuing this Request for Proposal(s) (RFP) frominterested and qualified firms to provide a technical and pricing proposal fora Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) contract to build the City of CollegeStation’s Water Wells 10, 11, and 12 and related pipeline to the tie-inlocation with the City’s water transmission system. It is the intent of the City of College Station to select a single CMAR to accomplish allthe services outlined in this Request for Proposal; however, the City reservesthe right to make multiple awards if it is in the City’s best interest to doso. Electronic response packages, inthe format prescribed herein, shall be uploaded to Brazos Valley e-Marketplace (“Bidding Portal”) until 2:00 p.m. CT on Thursday,September 12th, 2024 after which time the names of responding firms will beread aloud at City Hall – Purchasing Division. Subsequently, a list of responding firms willbe posted to the Bidding Portal. Proposalsreceived after the specified submission deadline will not be accepted.
