Competitive sealed proposals (CSP) for the City of College Station Wells 10, 11, 12 and CollectionPipeline Project for Material Work Packages; Pipe Procurement, Small & Large Diameter ValveProcurement, Combination Air Valve Procurement, Generator Procurement, Fuel Tank Procurement willbe received at the City of College Station, 1101 Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas 77840 on the 3rdFloor – Purchasing Division. Proposals are to be turned in by 2:00 P.M., prevailing time on July 17th,2025. Said procurement shall include Bid Package #2 for the City of College Station Wells 10, 11, 12and Collection Line Project as described in the Bid Documents. Bid Package #2 – Material Procurement Packages includes but is not limited to all work, labor, equipment, personnel, and materials necessary to complete the requirements of the proposal documents including Pipe Procurement, Small & Large Diameter Valve Procurement, Combination Air Valve Procurement, Generator Procurement and Fuel Tank Procurement for the City of College Station Wells 10, 11, 12 and Collection Pipeline Project in accordance with the Bid Documents. Competitive sealed proposals (CSP) shall be addressed to Daniel Murray, Garney Companies, Inc. Bids shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes marked “Price Proposal” and “Technical Proposal” with the project name “City of College Station Wells 10, 11, 12 and Collection Line – Tunnel Installations – Work Bid Package #2”. For further details refer to Specification Section 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders, Section 8 Submissions of Bids. Any Bid proposal received after 2:00 p.m., prevailing time on July 17th, 2025 will be returned unopened. No bid proposal may be changed, amended, or modified after the above time and date. A bid may, however, be withdrawn and resubmitted any time prior to the time set for receipt of bids. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for all Bidders is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on July 1st, 2025.
