INDIANAPOLIS – Ambrose Property Group announced that it has added David Dunbar as associate market officer and Noah Smith as capital markets associate.

In his role, Dunbar will work with Senior Vice President of Development Pat Walsh and Vice President of Development and Market Officer Stephen Lindley in supporting land acquisitions and leasing activity in the Midwest and Moutain West regions.

“The addition of David to the Ambrose development team will enable us to better serve clients within these markets and identify land opportunities for future investment,” Lindley said. “David brings considerable experience, and we are excited to have him on board.”

Dunbar comes to Ambrose from Pure Development where he spent three years as director of finance. In this role, he led underwriting, deal structuring and debt/equity transactions for build-to-suit and speculative industrial projects. Prior to Pure, Dunbar worked at Adams French Property as a real estate development and finance manager and BMO Harris as a commercial real estate analyst.

He earned a Bachelor of Science with high distinction in accounting and finance from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Noah will fill a valuable role in continuing the high-quality investor relations that our investment partners have come to know and expect from Ambrose.”

Smith holds a Bachelor of Science with highest distinction in accounting and finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
