- General Information: In accordance with Texas Education Code, Section 51.783, the University of Houston (“Owner”) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each a “Respondent”) for Hilton Hotel Underground Garage Structural Repairs (the “Project”), located at 4450 University Dr., Houston, Texas 77204.
